These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases of NoorPath digital guides made via this website. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Provider and scope

Until a registered company exists, the provider is the individual operating NoorPath:

2. Products and contract conclusion

We offer non-physical digital products (PDF guides) for download. By clicking the purchase button and successfully completing the payment via Stripe, a binding contract is concluded.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in EUR unless stated otherwise. Payment is due immediately at the time of order and is processed via Stripe (for example card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Invoices may be stored for tax reasons.

4. Delivery of digital content

After successful payment you receive access to the purchased PDF via download link. You are responsible for saving the file securely on your own device.

5. Right of withdrawal

For digital content, EU consumer law normally grants a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to the digital PDF, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately and that the right of withdrawal expires once the download link has been made available to you (Art. 16 lit. m Directive 2011/83/EU). If you have not yet downloaded the file, please contact us within 14 days and we will review your request individually.

6. Usage rights and copyright

All guides are protected by copyright. You receive a simple, non-transferable licence for personal use only. Sharing, selling, publishing or making the files publicly available is not permitted without prior written permission.

7. No guarantees and limitation of liability

Our content does not replace professional medical, psychological, legal or religious one-to-one advice. We cannot guarantee specific results. Liability is limited to cases of intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health in accordance with applicable law.

8. Applicable law and dispute resolution

German law applies to these terms, while mandatory consumer protection rules of your home country remain unaffected. Information about recognised consumer dispute-resolution bodies is available from the European Commission. We are currently not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute settlement procedures before a consumer arbitration board.
