This privacy policy explains how NoorPath collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit this website or purchase our digital guides.

  • Contact data you actively give us (e.g. email address when you contact us, or when you subscribe to our newsletter).
  • Content you submit (e.g. reviews or community posts, including the name and email you provide with them).
  • Order and payment data when you purchase a guide (product, time, amount, payment method via our payment provider Stripe).
  • Technical data when you visit the site (IP address, browser, device information, basic usage data), usually processed in server logs.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process your data in order to:

  • provide our website and digital guides,
  • handle purchases and provide downloads,
  • answer your requests and support questions,
  • send the newsletter after you confirm your subscription; you can unsubscribe at any time,
  • comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting rules).

4. Service providers and recipients

To operate this website we use carefully selected service providers who process data on our behalf. Data is only shared to the extent necessary for the respective purpose:

  • Stripe(payment processing): when you start a checkout, order total, currency, your payment details and billing information are transmitted to Stripe. Processing there is subject to Stripe's own privacy policy.
  • Supabase (database hosting): stores your account, order and content data so the site can function.
  • MailerSend (email delivery): used to send transactional emails such as download links, password resets and newsletter confirmations.
  • Vercel (website hosting): hosts the website and processes technical connection data such as IP addresses in server logs.

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU. In such cases appropriate safeguards (such as EU standard contractual clauses) apply.

5. Storage period

We store personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law (for example tax-related retention periods for invoices).

6. Your rights

You have the right to request information about your stored data, correction of incorrect data, deletion or restriction of processing within the scope of the applicable law. You also have the right to object to certain processing and to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

7. Essential cookies and local storage

NoorPath does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Essential cookies may be used to keep accounts signed in and protect authenticated sessions. Local storage is used for functional preferences such as the shopping cart, display settings and whether the storage notice has been acknowledged. These technologies are not used to build advertising profiles. Stripe may use strictly necessary technologies on its secure checkout pages under Stripe's own privacy information.
